This topic I have never understood. Why is it that musicians are made to think that making a living off of their talents-what they were born to do-what they are most passionate about-is wrong?
Anyone who says they should not make money is an idiot & is probably just pissed because they can’t make money off of their own shitty music they write on garage band while living in their parents basement and hoping a job will pop up and find them someday.
How is it any different than getting paid to flip hamburgers at McDonald’s?
When the hell did making a profit deem you a sell-out?
